I couldn't look in the mirror anymore. Time had erased most of my essence as a once pretty girl. Now the pretty girl turned into a middle aged woman with circled eyes and hollowed out cheeks. Sometimes I would not leave my home (except for work, I looked so bad and if I dared to cry I'd pay for it for days, slits for eyes. People weren't even very nice to me anymore unless they knew me. I knew in my heart pretty women have more liberties and sadly, it's just the way the world is. I knew someday I'd have to address these huge issues but I'd blow it off trying to lie to myself that it wasn't so bad. I knew the truth in my heart. One cold December night I flew into O'hare returning from another work trip. It was a few days before Christmas and I had called Dr. Ritacca because I had what I found was a stye on my eye. As I waited to see him I read through some "before and after" pictures of past patients who had fillers, etc. One picture dazed me. There was a girl (about 30) with the same eyes and circles as I. That was before. The after picture, was the same girl with absolutely NO circles and looking 10 years younger, refreshed and adorable. I couldn't believe it! The before pic was me! I went to Dr. Ritacca and asked him, "please whatever you have done to her do to me right now!" I knew I was a big chicken and would never return if I didn't grab this moment. He was nice enough to say ok and introduced me to a woman named Dawn. They were very very busy because of the holiday but they took time for me. To this day I appreciate it. Dawn was and is a delight and a true professional. After my session with her and my followup visit I no longer had circles. I looked fabulous around my eyes. That was just the beginning... I began to know Dawn and go somewhat regularly for improvement. She is a complete professional and as I tell her besides, being great at what she does, she is a real "artist" in her field. Besides all her hard work and studies and experience she has a knack. She just excels and is a natural talent. If I could show you my before and afters you'd be shocked at the difference and thoroughly impressed. I am a picky person and have been awedstruck by her fabulous work on me. Dawn's results are flawless. She and her staff are truly high skilled, consummate professionals. They really know their stuff.and also are the kindest, personable and most trustworthy women I know. I trust Dawn and her staff implicitly and appreciate everything they have done for me. I want to thank them all again because they gave me confidence, restored my looks, and allowed me to exist in a tough profession that is man and youth oriented. If you have any hesitation to have fillers or any work done at Spa Serene or Ritacca Laser Center run there. don't walk! Don't worry you are in great hands. They will only make you better than you are now. They will also be honest with you. Dawn and her staff are the best. They have never made a mistake on me and made me look 15 years younger. People now notice me like they used to. I live most of the time these days in another state and I could have work done here but I won't. I go home to Dawn. I'm a believer. I'm also an honest person and would never steer anyone wrong. Certainly about anything as serious as this. So Thank you Dawn and ladies, you are a huge blessing to me. Thank you for fixing me. My hubby appreciates it too. He doesn't say too much (once in awhile) but I catch him looking at me in that good way. You all are great and I hope to see you soon. Believe me they are the creme de la crop in all the avenues of fillers, lasers, facials (I don't know the correct terms), and all services that we are lucky enough in the 21st century to have available to us. They have set the bar high and their excellence is unparelleled in my eyes. Kudos Dawn and Ladies!! Well done

I go here for tattoo laser removal for a few BIG mistakes. The staff and team overall are great. I also have a surgery scheduled to fix my ears as I had a stupid piercer who repierced my ears instead of just slowly stretching them. So, one of the doctors there is going to be closing up the piercings in my ears so I can have regularly pierced ears in a few months :) Overall, tattoo removal and ear surgery is pricey, but I have seen huge results. I have an entire back piece tattoo - YES my whole back and I had two total sessions on my back to lighten it for a huge cover up project I have in the works. It is painful. So, think carefully before getting tattooed. If you do want something removed, well these are the people to see. They are very kind and very professional.

I have been totally happy with all the services I've received from Spa Serene and Ritacca Laser Center. I've had several photofacials with Jen which created WONDERFUL results. Jen is also an artist with eyebrows! Dawn is the absolute BEST at botox and fillers...true ROCK STAR! Then there is Dottore Ritacca that just recently performed chin/jowl/neck laser lipo on me. The results are SPECTACULAR! He is very clear during the consultation. During the procedure, he was kind and very focused. I am so happy with the results, I'm gladly telling everyone about it! The staff is professional yet very friendly and address you warmly when you enter. I've even introduced my mother to this facility. Keep up the great work!

My very first time at Ritacca Laser Center was in year 2006 after relocating from MI, for my annual eye checkup. Since then I have been going there for other services they provide. I absolutely love the center. Their staff is fantastic and services are wonderful. I had chemical peel and microdermabrasions there. Suzie and Jennifer were my techs. They were quite knowledgeable about what they do & were very professional and friendly. Dr. Grasseschi performed a very minor simple procedure on me . He took the time to answer all my questions and was very friendly and professional. He did a great job, and I'm really happy with my results. Doctor Ritacca performed cool lipo procedure on my upper (lower side) arms. In past few years I lost about 40 lb and due to that rapid weight loss I ended up having loose skin under my arms. I was afraid to go for brachioplasty and getting big scar on my arm so I went to Dr. R for consultation and he suggested that cool lipo would be a good option for me. He was very informative and answered my questions and addressed all my concerns. I had procedure done almost 10 months ago and I couldn't be happier. No more flabby arms. Dr R. staff was excellent and made me feel comfortable about my procedure. Staff nurse (Teressa) called me frequently after the surgery to check on my progress and answered any questions. Dr. Ritacca also called me 24hrs after the procedure. My recovery was very fast, I had procedure done on Friday and I went back to work on Monday (did not have to take time off from work :). I work out on regular basis and I was told by my friends at gym and coworkers how great my arms look. Tiny sutures made to suck the fat out are hardly noticeable. I had a very positive experience at Ritacca center that's why I keep going back to them.

After getting laser hair removal done by the staff at Ritacca Laser Center years ago and being very happy with the results I decided to look to them again. I learned about one of their upcoming seasonal "parties" in which appetizers and beverages were arranged in accordance with service demos, reps available to answer questions, and news on the latest services, with promotional giveaways and discount package deals. While there I learned about a process of chemicals peel combined with BBL laser treatments to help my acne prone skin. My skin has always been something that I have struggled with and now with proper treatment I have seen great improvement. Jennifer Greco, at Ritacca Laser Center in Vernon Hills, does a great job in knowing what will work best for my skin for the next treatment, or even how I should handle skin care between visits. My sister, who I recently visited and did not know about my procedures, commented on how great my skin looks... and still have a couple of treatment to go! I am very happy and will look to Ritacca Laser Center for all of my needs in the future.
