Ritacca Laser & Cosmetic Surgery Center

I couldn't look in the mirror anymore. Time had erased most of my essence as a once pretty girl. Now the pretty girl turned into a middle aged woman with circled eyes and hollowed out cheeks. Sometimes I would not leave my home (except for work, I looked so bad and if I dared to cry I'd pay for it for days, slits for eyes. People weren't even very nice to me anymore unless they knew me. I knew in my heart pretty women have more liberties and sadly, it's just the way the world is. I knew someday I'd have to address these huge issues but I'd blow it off trying to lie to myself that it wasn't so bad. I knew the truth in my heart. One cold December night I flew into O'hare returning from another work trip. It was a few days before Christmas and I had called Dr. Ritacca because I had what I found was a stye on my eye. As I waited to see him I read through some "before and after" pictures of past patients who had fillers, etc. One picture dazed me. There was a girl (about 30) with the same eyes and circles as I. That was before. The after picture, was the same girl with absolutely NO circles and looking 10 years younger, refreshed and adorable. I couldn't believe it! The before pic was me! I went to Dr. Ritacca and asked him, "please whatever you have done to her do to me right now!" I knew I was a big chicken and would never return if I didn't grab this moment. He was nice enough to say ok and introduced me to a woman named Dawn. They were very very busy because of the holiday but they took time for me. To this day I appreciate it. Dawn was and is a delight and a true professional. After my session with her and my followup visit I no longer had circles. I looked fabulous around my eyes. That was just the beginning... I began to know Dawn and go somewhat regularly for improvement. She is a complete professional and as I tell her besides, being great at what she does, she is a real "artist" in her field. Besides all her hard work and studies and experience she has a knack. She just excels and is a natural talent. If I could show you my before and afters you'd be shocked at the difference and thoroughly impressed. I am a picky person and have been awedstruck by her fabulous work on me. Dawn's results are flawless. She and her staff are truly high skilled, consummate professionals. They really know their stuff.and also are the kindest, personable and most trustworthy women I know. I trust Dawn and her staff implicitly and appreciate everything they have done for me. I want to thank them all again because they gave me confidence, restored my looks, and allowed me to exist in a tough profession that is man and youth oriented. If you have any hesitation to have fillers or any work done at Spa Serene or Ritacca Laser Center run there. don't walk! Don't worry you are in great hands. They will only make you better than you are now. They will also be honest with you. Dawn and her staff are the best. They have never made a mistake on me and made me look 15 years younger. People now notice me like they used to. I live most of the time these days in another state and I could have work done here but I won't. I go home to Dawn. I'm a believer. I'm also an honest person and would never steer anyone wrong. Certainly about anything as serious as this. So Thank you Dawn and ladies, you are a huge blessing to me. Thank you for fixing me. My hubby appreciates it too. He doesn't say too much (once in awhile) but I catch him looking at me in that good way. You all are great and I hope to see you soon. Believe me they are the creme de la crop in all the avenues of fillers, lasers, facials (I don't know the correct terms), and all services that we are lucky enough in the 21st century to have available to us. They have set the bar high and their excellence is unparelleled in my eyes. Kudos Dawn and Ladies!! Well done
