This is a really nice place. Staff is friendly and atmosphere is relaxing in the spa area. I had laser hair removal here. I will say if you are expecting all of the hair to go away it will not happen. However, I had 4 lower leg and bikini treatments with at least 50% hair removal. Laser hair removal will not get rid of light hairs (I have many) but, it does get rid of a lot or majority of the dark, course hair (I have light skin so I am best scenario candidate). While it was very expensive I am very happy I had it done. I find I only need to do a basic grooming once a week. In the summer I will probably only need 1-3 waxings for the whole summer if I plan to be in a swimsuit all summer. I have not gotten rid of my razor yet but, am currently getting the pits done and having great results (recommend this and bikini the most). I have sensitive skin and am so happy to have so much less grooming, ingrowns, etc.
I also, consulted with Dr. Ritacca for a second opinion yesterday because another physician told me I needed vein surgery. Dr. Ritacca did vein surgery on both legs of a friend of mine and he came highly recommended. He was very nice and thorough explaining every detail of the examination. He told me I had no symptoms or signs of varicose veins and should not get surgery. His only recommendation was scleropathy for aesthetic purposes only. I am so happy because I just saved myself $3,000, pain and recovery for a surgery I did not need.
I recently discovered Ritacca Laser & Cosmetic Center and couldn't be more satisfied with my experience. I recently had a treatment performed on my face called photorejuvenation. My main concern was the pigmentation, redness, age spots and broken blood vessels that had gradually creeped up on me. Jennifer, the Medical Esthetician that performed my treatment was very knowledgeable, skilled and passionate about her work. I had this procedure done before at another place and was so disappointed with the professionalism and the lact of knowledge. After the treatment with Jennifer, I saw an immediate change in my skin. The skin tone has evened out, the redness is less visible, my poors are smaller. I love the way my skin looks. I will probably need a few more treatments then it will be routine maintenance thereafter. It's been about 10 days and I have set up another appointment, this time a chemical peel. The entire staff was warm and inviting. The office and atmosphere was professional looking. I feel in good hands. Experience was excellent!
